Service Description

During this Discovery Session, we begin to get you ready to present your Best Self during interviews. Together we pinpoint: -- Highlights of school and/or work experience that lends to desired job. -- Leadership skills -- Top achievements -- Strengths -- Challenges faced - Craft answers to real-life interview questions posed on the above topics; -Work on interpersonal communication skills; - Learn what common interview questions to expect; - Design questions to ask the interviewer; - Learn how to make the all-important great First Impression; - Discuss the importance of body language and non-verbal behavior; - Finalize important interview follow-up Interview Prep: The client's resume is requested beforehand for review. Cam also does a deep dive into the company where the client is interviewing to research company culture, staff, interview styles and hiring requirements. This helps us hit the ground running as Cam gets to know you during the Discovery session. Clients receive a detailed follow-up Report that reviews all discussion points covered during the session. This detailed Report helps clients feel prepared, less anxious and more confident going into interviews.
